At SupaGum, your satisfaction matters. Because our gum is a consumable product, returns are only accepted on unopened packs.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking).

  • Items must be unopened and unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

How to Start a Return

📦 We’ll provide a return form and instructions.

❌ Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used gum

  • Gift cards & final sale items

Exchanges

For a different variant, return your unopened pack (within 7 days) and place a new order.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
