Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date (as indicated by the tracking information).

Return Eligibility

  • Condition Matters: Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

Initiating a Return

  • Contact Us: Email contact@supagum.com to begin the process. We’ll send you a return form to complete.
  • Return Instructions: We’ll guide you on where to ship your package, which may depend on the original production location.
  • Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Note: Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned.
  • Final Sale & Gift Cards: Items bought on sale or gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different product or variant, simply return your item and place a separate order for the new one.

EU Customers

You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order for any reason.

Refunds

  • Process: Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
